PRODUCT ENGINEERING
Every visible detail has a purpose—from the six-point mounting system to the material stack engineered for privacy, structure, and durability.
70D nylon privacy mesh exploits luminance differential — the same similar science as military netting. In daylight: opaque from outside, clear from inside.
2-inch seatbelt-grade nylon webbing across the full 54-inch span — rated to thousands of pounds tensile strength.
Closed-cell EVA foam (2.5–3.0mm) maintains shape across thousands of folds without cracking. Creates a thermal barrier reducing radiant heat and UV damage.
Six precision-mounted suction cups provide a secure windshield attachment while allowing quick installation and removal. Each threaded suction cup is individually replaceable, extending the VDPS service without replacing the shield.
High-absorptance PU-coated polyester eliminates glare. The gritty hydrophobic coating repels moisture. Visually recessive — protecting without drawing attention.
Engineered for a wide range of vehicles. The six-point suction mounting system installs quick on the windshield with no tools or permanent modifications. The VDPS fits most sedans, SUVs, and pickup trucks.
Premium automotive-grade soft-touch polyester faces the occupant. Smooth and gentle to the touch.
EVA foam engineered for thousands of fold cycles. Deploys in seconds. Stores behind seat or trunk in the included water resistant storage pouch.
Meaningful privacy maintained at night — maximized when interior lighting is minimal. Urban streetlit environments sustain the luminance differential.
DEPLOY. RELAX AND STAY AWARE.
The structured tri-fold design packs down neatly into its water-resistant carrying pouch, ready for the next moment of privacy.
